Job description
The purpose of a food & beverage manager is to oversee and manage all food and beverage operations. Including alcoholic, non-alcoholic and cannabis related products for Amporia’s Main Stage Munchies
Duties and responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities are:
Oversee all bars and food service operations
Train and supervise wait and bar staff
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Ensure compliance will health and safety regulations
Ensure compliance with OCM for cannabis operations
Collaborate with owners to coordinate food and beverage offerings
Coordinate all bar set up and tear down for events
Responsible for cash management of all POS systems
Familiarity with draft and soda dispensing systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Amporia prides itself on having highly trained and experienced crew members, the qualifications required for this position are:
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of verifiable experience in customer service or
2 years of verifiable experience as a manager
2 years of experience in the food service industry
Excellent people and communication skills
Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening process including drug testing and in-depth background check
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications:
AS or bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
3 Years of verifiable experience working as a bar manager
Working conditions
This job requires working in hot weather, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching. This position requires working near loud music, slippery conditions, and hot/cold environments.
This is a salary position with opportunities for PTO and health benefits.
Physical requirements
This position is physically demanding in that a bar manager will be standing for prolonged periods of time, needs to be able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, and can be in the elements for prolonged periods.

The purpose of a concession stand server will prepare and sell concession foods and beverages, will maintain inventory, will clean and maintain all concession equipment, and provide customer assistance to arena patrons. This is a part-time , seasonal position.
Duties and responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities are:
Handle money and make change
Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
Prepare food and beverages
Pour and serve alcoholic beverages and hemp derived THC beverages and edibles
Clean and maintain concession equipment
Maintain accurate inventory
Coordinate all bar set up and tear down for events
Responsible for cash management of all POS systems
Familiarity with draft and soda dispensing systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Excellent people and communication skills
Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening process
Desired Qualifications:
Previous work in the food industry
Working conditions

Job description
The purpose of a box office associate is to sell tickets and direct guests for shows and events. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Duties and responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities are:
Work with Simpletix ticket platform to sell tickets to guests over the phone and in person at the Amporia box office
Recognize and respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve ticket issues.
Use knowledge of venue to help and educate guests.
Must be available nights and weekends
Support other box office staff as needed.
Maintain strong, cooperative inter/intra-departmental relationships with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization.
