Amporia is a premier multi-purpose entertainment venue, hosting concerts, drive-in movies, family fun days, and tailgate parties. Each event type offers a unique experience and comes with its own specific policies and procedures designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
Please note that while general policies and procedures are summarized below, the official and binding versions are included with your ticket purchase. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable policies and procedures for your selected event.

By purchasing your ticket(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before attending any event.
Animals
Animals are not permitted on the premises. Only properly registered service animals are allowed.
Cameras & Recording Devices
Recording any portion of the event or screening is strictly prohibited.
Professional cameras, detachable lenses, flash attachments, GoPros, camcorders, selfie sticks, iPads or tablets, drones, tripods, bipods, and monopods are not allowed at any time.
Use of any audio or video recording device within the venue is unlawful and may result in immediate ejection.
Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
Guests may not interfere with the event or disrupt the experience of others.
Abusive, threatening, or obscene language or gestures are prohibited.
Fighting, taunting, throwing objects, or any disorderly conduct will result in ejection without refund.
Guests showing signs of intoxication or illegal substance use may be denied entry or removed.
Alcohol consumption must be legal and responsible.
Guests must comply with all staff instructions and emergency procedures.
Unauthorized commercial activity on property is prohibited.
Wristbands and credentials are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable. Do not stretch, tamper with, or remove your wristband.
Misuse or counterfeiting of tickets or credentials will result in confiscation and ejection without refund.
Guests (including children) may not sit or stand on the shoulders of another guest.
Flying drones over the property is not permitted.
Firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Drivers concealing unauthorized persons will be denied entry or ejected without refund.
All vehicles are subject to search.
The venue and management assume no responsibility for injury, loss, or property damage.
Box Office: Opens 2 hours before showtime; closes 45 minutes after the first showing begins.
Weather: Events are held rain or shine unless severe weather requires cancellation.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH.
Parking: Large SUVs should park in the rear half of the lot to avoid obstructing views.
Hatchbacks: Must remain closed if extending above the roofline.
Tickets: Grant access to all films or performances listed on your screen.
Sound: Boom boxes and loud radios are not permitted.
Refunds: Only issued if the event is cancelled prior to start time or evacuated due to severe weather.
Payments: All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Guests who fail to comply with venue policies or applicable laws may be removed without refund.
Ejections
Disruptive or disorderly behavior should be reported immediately to staff or security.
Ejected guests must leave the property promptly.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase at the box office and can be used for on-site ticket sales, food, and beverage purchases at Main Stage Munchies.
Gift cards cannot be used for online ticket purchases at this time.
Tickets may be purchased with a gift card in person or by calling 651-927-2717.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not permitted:
Animals (except service animals)
Coolers or outside food and drinks (including alcohol)
Fireworks or explosives
GoPros, camcorders, drones, or UAVs
Grills or open flames
Hoverboards, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/shoes, wagons
Illegal drugs or substances
Laser pointers
Luggage or oversized bags
Poles, sticks, flagpoles, broomsticks, selfie sticks
Tents or large umbrellas
Noise-making devices (air horns, sirens, whistles, megaphones, cowbells, etc.)
Weapons, firearms, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, or any dangerous objects
Any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by venue security
Please note:
Guests with prohibited items will not be permitted entry. Amporia does not provide on-site storage. Plan accordingly and allow extra time for security screening.
Contraband items may be confiscated, and violators may be ejected without refund.
Projectiles
Throwing any objects within the venue is strictly prohibited.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is permitted only through the main entrance and requires a valid, intact event wristband.
Severe Weather
Amporia works closely with the National Weather Service and local Emergency Management officials to monitor conditions.
In the event of severe weather, guests should follow all instructions provided by staff or displayed on the big screen for safety.
Smoking
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is permitted only in designated areas.
Tickets
Tickets may be purchased online at www.amporiamn.com or at the venue box office.
Each guest must have a valid ticket for entry. Guests consuming alcohol must present valid ID and will receive an event wristband.
